We only wish we had swapped electricity supplier years ago!! Having your own login page, always bills that are meter reading and not estimated bills and being able to communicate in English by email by such a quick and efficient customer service department has made life so much easier, think we could benefit from having you in the UK!!
After a full year with them, we are very pleased with Energy Nordic. Having heard that electricity in Spain was expensive, we have been quite pleased with what we still consider rather modest monthly bills here. We very much like having the two 12-hr rate periods - essentially daytime & nighttime. The night rate is about half as much as the day rate, so we have adjusted to doing laundry & running the dishwasher late in the evening.
Easy to set up, they do all the work in transferring contracts and everything in English which is useful in Spain. Excellent customer service and above all excellent price, reduced my monthly bill by a third. Highly recommended.
Been with Energy Nordic now for one year and the savings have been tremendous. I was told they could save me 20% but it has been much greater than that being nearer to 40% Customer services were fantastic when i had to contact them. All round GREAT!
Bills are clear ,and easy to understand although there is more detailed information if you need it. Having poor hearing it was great being able to set up my account on line and I was able to ask about the different options on line with rapid responses from a real ,friendly person!
I have now been with Energy Nordic for several months and am very pleased that I switched from Iberdrola.
