We have taken care to write it in a language that is easy to understand. Good communication is direct and clear, and that is how it should be when it comes to your bills. Nonetheless, if you do happen to find anything in your bill which you would like us to clarify, you are always welcome to call us or send us an email.

Being a customer with Energy Nordic should be straightforward and secure, whether you are in your holiday home, your own house, or even on the other side of the world. That’s why we send all relevant documents to you by email. Sending contracts, bills, and letters to you electronically is easier, quicker, and more environmentally friendly. By the same token, if there is anything you would like to ask us about, you are always welcome to send us an email.
We speak a language that is easy to understand
When it comes down to it, nothing compares to your own mother tongue. That is why our customer service team speaks six different languages fluently, and more will be coming soon. We are also careful to avoid using technical jargon, so that we can all see eye to eye when communicating together. This goes for both telephone calls and for written communications as well.
