New features to improve payment experience

At Energy Nordic, the security of your personal data always takes top priority. That’s why we are improving our systems with a number of new advanced features to keep your data protected as well as upgrading the ways we receive payment, for the most secure and frictionless payment experience possible.
We are working with 3D secure security protocol within our payment system which is a security protocol that helps prevent fraud when a customer pays with a card at a digital business. This system, also called “payer authentication”, protects both the holder of a credit or debit card that is going to pay in an online business and the owner of said business. In a very summarized way, what our 3D Secure protocol does is include an extra level of security and minimise the risk of fraud for all parties.
So, with that in mind, following our systems update, we’d like to let you know that, from November 2021, you are now able to update your payment card details thorough your MyPage account should you wish to make changes or check the card information you have on file with us.
